Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Rolli platform, Rolli IQ™, Rolli API, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Permitted Uses

The Services may be used for journalistic research, editorial fact-checking, and source discovery; academic and scholarly research on narrative dynamics, disinformation, and information operations; corporate communications monitoring and crisis intelligence; national security research and threat analysis by authorized organizations; platform trust and safety investigations; and public interest journalism and policy research.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to: conduct surveillance or harassment of private individuals; facilitate targeted disinformation campaigns or influence operations; scrape, aggregate, or redistribute Rolli data for competitive intelligence products; automate queries beyond published API rate limits; attempt to reverse-engineer Rolli's authenticity scoring models; violate applicable export control, sanctions, or data protection laws; impersonate another person or organization in expert profile listings; or submit false credentials to the expert verification system.

Expert Profile Conduct

Experts who maintain profiles on the Rolli platform agree to provide accurate credentials and current availability information; respond to journalist inquiries in good faith; disclose material conflicts of interest when relevant to a media appearance; and not use their profile to solicit business outside the platform's intended use.

API Usage

Rolli API users are bound by the API Terms of Service in addition to this AUP. API keys may not be shared across organizations. Rate limits are per-key and enforced server-side. Violations may result in immediate key revocation.

Enforcement

Rolli reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this AUP without prior notice. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and platform trust and safety teams. To report a violation, write to trust@rolli.ai.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email with 30 days notice before taking effect.
